Hear from our client Tammy!
Coming back from an ACL tear was one of the toughest challenges of my athletic career. The Gravity Method helped me rebuild strength safely without over-stressing my knee. The adjustable resistance and controlled movements gave me a way to train my whole body—even on days when I couldn’t go full force. I’ve regained power, stability, and confidence in my knee. This isn’t just rehab—it’s performance training at its smartest.

I’ve tried everything from weights to cardio classes, but nothing transformed my body and my mindset like The Gravity Method .Every session feels like a full-body challenge without the joint pain or burnout. The way it uses my own body weight with smooth resistance makes me feel strong, supported, and in control. I’ve built lean muscle, improved my posture, and even my back pain has disappeared. I walk out of every session taller, more confident, and energized. The Gravity Method isn’t just a workout—it’s a lifestyle upgrade.”

At 86, I’m not looking to run marathons—but I do want to stay strong, steady, and independent. The Gravity Method has been a godsend. It’s safe, smooth, and perfectly adaptable to what I can do. I’ve noticed better balance, more strength in my legs, and even improved posture. I look forward to my sessions because I feel energized, not exhausted. If you’re older like me and think your workout days are behind you—think again. This system makes movement possible again.

The Gravity Method is designed for most fitness levels. We believe that anyone, those beginning their fitness journey to those with advanced athletic experience would benefit from The Gravity Method. We've designed the sessions in a small group of up to 3 people. We tailor each session based on your experience, goals, and any limitations you may have. That said, if you’re recovering from an injury or have specific medical conditions, we’ll chat first to make sure it’s a safe and effective option for you.
As with any new health habit, consistency is where you're going to see lasting improvements. If this is the only fitness activity you're doing, we'd encourage 3-5 sessions per week. If The Gravity Method is part of other fitness activities you're doing on a weekly basis then perhaps 1-3 sessions per week would be ideal. We want to encourage balance!
We currently have 3 spots available at each training time slot to maintain a highly personalized approach in your workouts.
While both use a specialized machine and bodyweight resistance, The Gravity Method is rooted in strength training—not just mobility or core work. Unlike traditional Pilates, which often focuses on small, controlled movements, Gravity sessions are built to help you progressively build strength, muscle tone, and confidence under load while also incorporating power work to build athleticism.
Think of it as a hybrid between personal training and small-group strength work—with the bonus of low-impact, joint-friendly movements. It’s approachable for beginners but challenging enough for seasoned lifters and athletes with targeted performance goals.
When you sign up, we'll reach out to schedule your first session! We'll also coordinate a time to get you set up with our booking app (you'll be able to schedule, reschedule your sessions at your own convenience) as we'll as a member key tag.
